Mi Graphics – Refund & Return Policy

At Mi Graphics, we are committed to providing high-quality customised products and a smooth ordering experience. Please review our policy regarding refunds and returns:

1. Customised Orders
All customised products are made specifically to your request. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any customised orders, including personalised items, designs, and prints. Please ensure your uploaded images, text, and specifications are accurate before placing your order.

  • Important: If you accidentally upload the wrong file or make a mistake in your submission, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to correct the order before production begins, but we cannot guarantee changes once printing has started.

2. Order Processing Time
Our standard processing time for orders is 2–3 business days, depending on the size and complexity of your order.

  • For bulk orders, processing time may be extended to up to 5 days.
  • Delivery is only on weekdays.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Photos of the item may be requested to verify the issue. After confirmation, we will provide a replacement or discuss alternative solutions.

4. Non-Custom Products
For non-customised products, returns or refunds may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
