We specialize in custom-printed and personalised products. Because items are made to order, slight variations in colour, placement, or finish may occur.
We reserve the right to refuse any design that contains offensive, illegal, or copyrighted material without permission.
Orders
An order is confirmed once payment has been received.
Customers must ensure all personalisation details and spelling are correct before submitting an order.
MI Graphics is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
Pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and may change without notice.
Prices exclude delivery fees unless stated otherwise.
Payments
We require full payment before production begins.
Accepted payment methods will be shown at checkout.
Production Time
All products are made to order.
Standard production time is 2–5 business days.
Large or bulk orders may require additional time.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delays caused by couriers, weather, or peak periods are beyond our control.
Customers must provide accurate delivery information.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of our products, returns are only accepted for:
• Damaged items
• Printing errors caused by us
• Wrong item received
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
We do not offer refunds for customer-approved design errors.
Intellectual Property
Customers must have permission to use any images, logos, or designs submitted.
MI Graphics is not liable for copyright violations provided by customers.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect or accidental damages resulting from the use of our products.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
Privacy
Customer information is used only to process orders and provide services.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time.
The latest version will always be available on our website.
Business Hours
Our operating hours are:
Weekdays (Mon–Fri): 8am – 5pm
Weekends (Sat–Sun): 9am – 2pm
Public Holidays: 9am – 1pm
